Per dose (4 capsules): Calcium (from MCHA) 620 mg (48% RDA); Vitamin C (from magnesium ascorbate) 133 mg; Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 16.68 µg (667 IU); Magnesium (from oxide and ascorbate) 400 mg; Phosphorus (from MCHA) 287 mg; Zinc (chelated) 7 mg.

Directions for use

Take 4 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses, with meals.
