Beta-Alanine, an amino acid designed to support muscle endurance and delay fatigue during intense and repeated efforts.

Ingredients (per dose)

Beta-Alanine, bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable) depending on the format. 1500 mg per dose (2 capsules) or per powder scoop depending on the format.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules (or 1 scoop depending on the format), twice a day for the first 4 weeks, then twice a day thereafter. Preferably consume with a meal.

Does not contain any major allergens but is manufactured in a facility that also handles milk, soy, egg, fish, celery, and cereals containing gluten.
