Composition (per serving)

Hydrolyzed beef protein isolate (42 g per 125 g/3 scoops serving), carbohydrate complex, creatine monohydrate, HMB, probiotics, natural flavor, sweeteners.

Directions for use

Mix 3 scoops (approximately 125 g) with 500-750 ml of water or milk, to be consumed after training or between meals.
