Liquid complex of amino acids combining the 9 essential amino acids, L-leucine, taurine and vitamin B6.

Composition (per 45 ml dose)

approximately 23 g of protein in the form of peptides and free amino acids, 5.9 g of carbohydrates. Ingredients: protein hydrolysate (39%), water, fructose, acidifier (citric acid), whey protein hydrolysate (3%), L-leucine, taurine (1%), cranberry flavour, preservative (potassium sorbate), sweeteners (sodium saccharin, sodium cyclamate, acesulfame-K), emulsifier (E471), vitamin B6.

Directions for use

15 ml before training, then 30 ml after, or 3 doses spread throughout the day (1 before and 2 after training).
