Per serving (1 scoop): Essential amino acids 8.5 g (L-Leucine 3000 mg, L-Isoleucine 1500 mg, L-Valine 1500 mg, L-Lysine 1000 mg, L-Threonine 800 mg, L-Phenylalanine 500 mg, L-Histidine 100 mg, L-Tryptophan 75 mg, L-Methionine 25 mg); Hydration Complex (Betaine 1500 mg, Coconut Water Powder 500 mg); NO2 S7® Complex 50 mg (green coffee, green tea, turmeric, blueberry, broccoli, kale extracts); Electrolytes (vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium).

Directions for use

1 scoop in 300 to 500 mL of water, before or during training, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
