Per serving (1 scoop): Essential amino acids 8.5g (L-Leucine 3000mg, L-Isoleucine 1500mg, L-Valine 1500mg, L-Lysine 1000mg, L-Threonine 800mg, L-Phenylalanine 500mg, L-Histidine 100mg, L-Tryptophan 75mg, L-Methionine 25mg); Hydration complex (Betaine 1500mg, Coconut water powder 500mg); S7® NO2 complex 50mg (green coffee bean extract, green tea extract, turmeric, blueberry, broccoli, kale); Electrolytes (vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium).

Directions for use

1 scoop in 300 to 500 mL of water, before or during training, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
