Agewell 40+ range complex combining magnesium, relaxing plants, and natural melatonin precursors, designed to promote falling asleep and restorative sleep.

Composition (per dose)

Magnesium bisglycinate, L-Glycine, L-Theanine, L-Tryptophan, 5-HTP, lemon balm extract, reishi extract, ashwagandha root extract, Vitamin B6, Zinc.

Directions for use

Mix 1 scoop (10 g) with 200 ml of cold water, to be consumed 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

Allergens

Does not contain any major allergens but is manufactured in a facility that also handles milk, soy, egg, fish, celery, and cereals containing gluten.
