Magnesium flakes relaxing bath 1 sachet seabed

Sourced from the depths of an ancient seabed, Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes are highly concentrated and renowned for their purity. Obtained from the Zechstein mineral layer in the Netherlands, they allow you to enjoy a moment of well-being in a hot water bath, while providing softness and comfort to the skin.

For a foot bath, dissolve one cup of flakes in approximately 4 liters of warm water and soak feet for 20 to 30 minutes. For a full bath, dissolve four cups in a bathtub filled with warm water and soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse and dry skin gently. One cup of flakes contains approximately 19 g of elemental magnesium. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Consult a healthcare professional if you are taking medication, especially diuretics, or if you have kidney, heart, or respiratory conditions.
