Declared Pure Balance Mattifying Facial Toner for Sensitive Skin 200ml

Declaré's Pure Balance Facial Toner is formulated to cleanse and refresh skin while helping to rebalance excess oil. Suitable for combination to oily skin, it helps remove impurities and prepare skin for moisturizer or other daily routine products.

Apply morning and evening using a cotton pad to cleansed skin. Gently wipe the cotton pad soaked in toner over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse. Refer to the enclosed leaflet for specific recommendations.
