Directions for use: Replace the Oral-B Stages Power Frozen brush head every three months or as soon as the bristles become worn. Attach the head to the handle of your compatible Oral-B electric toothbrush, then brush for two minutes, twice a day, under adult supervision. Rinse the brush head after each use and allow to air dry. Not for use on children under 3 years of age.
