Use the Omron M2 Basic blood pressure monitor according to the official instructions. Place the cuff on your bare arm, at heart height, respecting the circumference of 22 to 32 cm. Remain seated, at rest, without speaking or moving during the measurement. Press the start button to start the device. Read the results displayed on the screen once the process is complete. It is recommended to take measurements at the same time each day and record the results for reliable medical monitoring. If in doubt or if an abnormality occurs, consult a healthcare professional. Do not use on broken skin or in the presence of an implanted medical device without medical advice.
