Before first use, insert the two AAA batteries into the compartment provided. Place the cuff on your bare arm, above the elbow, ensuring that it is snug but not too tight. Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface at heart height, then start the measurement by pressing the dedicated button. Wait for the measurement to complete without moving or talking.
