Place the Oromed ORO-N3 COMPACT upper arm blood pressure monitor cuff around your bare arm, at bicep level, following the instructions in the manual. Sit comfortably with your arm at heart height. Turn on the device and wait for the measurement to complete without moving or talking. Read the values displayed on the LCD screen. Replace the AA batteries when the low battery indicator appears.
