Place the cuff on your bare arm at heart level, according to the instructions in the package leaflet. Start the device in a seated position with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor. Remain still during the measurement. Preferably take your blood pressure readings at the same time each day. Read the package leaflet carefully before use. Do not use on children under 12 years of age or on people with implanted medical devices without medical advice. Clean the cuff only with a soft, dry cloth.
