Use the Omron HEM-7154-E blood pressure monitor in a quiet environment, in a seated position, after a few minutes of rest. Place the bare cuff on the upper arm, at heart height, according to the instructions in the manual. Press the start button to begin the measurement. Do not speak or move during the blood pressure measurement. Clean the cuff with a dry cloth. Read the instructions carefully before use. Do not use on children or pregnant women without medical advice.
