Directions for use:

Place the Omron HEM-7146-E upper arm blood pressure monitor cuff on your bare arm, approximately two to three centimeters above the elbow crease, ensuring that the tube is positioned along the inside of your arm. Sit comfortably with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor, then remain still during the measurement. Press the start button to begin the blood pressure measurement. Wait until the measurement is complete before removing the cuff. Refer to the instructions for further information on the correct use of the device.
