To take a measurement, place the Omron EVOLV blood pressure monitor cuff on your bare arm, above the elbow, ensuring it is snug but not too tight. Sit with your back straight, feet flat on the floor, and your arm at heart height. Press the start button to begin the automatic measurement. Wait for the process to complete without moving or talking. The results are displayed directly on the device. Refer to the instructions for further information on interpreting the values and measuring frequency.
