The Beurer BM45 White upper arm blood pressure monitor is an electronic medical device for automatic measurement of blood pressure and pulse rate in the upper arm. To ensure reliable measurements, take blood pressure readings while resting, in a seated position, with your arm at heart level. Place the cuff around your bare arm, approximately 2 to 3 cm above the crease of your elbow. Do not speak or move during the measurement. Press the start button, then wait until the measurement is complete to read the results displayed on the screen. Repeat the measurement at the same time each day for optimal monitoring. Refer to the instructions for maintenance, storage, and battery replacement instructions.
