Before each use, sit quietly with your arm at heart level. Place the bare cuff on your arm, approximately 2 to 3 cm above the crease of your elbow, then tighten it without overtightening. Turn on the device and start the measurement. Remain still and do not speak while taking your blood pressure. Wait until the full values are displayed on the screen.
