Place the Omron RS1 wrist blood pressure monitor on your bare wrist, approximately 1 to 2 cm above the joint. Sit comfortably with your back straight and place your arm on a table so that your wrist is at heart level. Press the start button to begin the measurement. Keep your arm still during the measurement. After the measurement, consult the display to read the systolic, diastolic, and pulse rates.
