Instructions for use: Use the Omron HEM-6181-E wrist blood pressure monitor in a seated position with your arm relaxed and your wrist at heart level. Record the results displayed on the screen. Observe the measurement frequency recommended by a healthcare professional. Do not use on broken skin or in case of serious circulatory problems.
