L'Oréal Excellence Crème Light Blonde Permanent Hair Color No. 9.0 offers luminous, long-lasting color, designed to effectively cover gray hair and give a natural-looking result to very light hair. This complete kit allows for at-home application, respecting the hair fiber, for a bright, even blonde.

Read the instructions carefully before use. Wear the gloves provided. Mix the developer and coloring cream according to the instructions. Apply to dry, unwashed hair, first to the roots, then all over. Leave on for the indicated processing time (usually 30 to 35 minutes). Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. Then use the included post-color treatment.
