Directions for use
Remove the protective film and place the insole in the shoe, adhesive side down, with the widest part under the forefoot. Ensure the insole is properly secured to prevent movement during use. For maintenance, clean with warm water and mild soap if necessary. Replace the insole as soon as signs of wear appear.
