Shake the bottle vigorously before use to mix the formula well. Apply Maybelline Superstay Vinyl Ink Liquid Lipstick to clean, dry lips, starting in the center and blending outward. Allow to dry for a few moments to allow the color to fully set. Close tightly after each use.
