Use a new condom for each sexual act. Carefully tear open the packaging without using sharp objects. Place the condom on the erect penis before any sexual contact. Pinch the reservoir to expel any air, then unroll the condom to the base of the penis. After ejaculation, withdraw, holding the condom at the base to prevent leakage. Discard after use.
