Open the package just before application. Remove the protective film and place the patch on clean, dry skin, directly on the area to be relieved. Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Read the instructions carefully before use. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. For adult use only. Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs.
