Apply the Thermacare Rodillas heating patch directly to a clean, dry knee area, taking care not to use on broken or irritated skin. Remove the patch from its packaging, peel off the protective film, and then position the adhesive side on the skin. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
