Open the pouch just before use. Remove the protective film and apply the Thermacare Body Heating Patch to the affected area, with the adhesive side facing dry, unbroken skin. Leave on for the duration indicated in the package leaflet, usually up to 8 consecutive hours. Do not use on children, or on irritated or wounded skin. Read the package leaflet carefully before use.
