Directions for use: Remove the existing insole from the shoe if possible. Cut the Scholl Gel Activ insole to the desired size using the cutting lines. Place the insole, gel side down, inside the shoe. Use daily. Replace the insole at the first signs of wear or after six months of use. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
