Scholl Plantar Fascitis M 40-42 insoles are designed to provide anatomical foot support, particularly suitable for people suffering from plantar pain, particularly related to plantar fasciitis. Place the insole in the shoe, fabric side up. Adjust if necessary to the size of the foot by cutting along the provided marks. Replace the original insoles if necessary. Use daily for optimal effect, following the instructions in the manufacturer's instructions.
