Place the four leg warmers on your legs, ensuring the Velcro fasteners are properly adjusted for optimal support. Connect the tubes to the wired remote control, then plug the device into the mains using the supplied adapter. Battery operation is possible, but mains power is recommended for maximum power and durability. Select the massage mode and intensity level via the remote control. The device gradually inflates the leg warmers to apply controlled pressure, followed by a relaxation phase according to the selected program. The device can be used on bare legs or with the application of a suitable lotion. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for duration and frequency of use.
