After shampooing, apply an appropriate amount of the mask to towel-dried hair. Distribute evenly through the lengths and ends, avoiding the roots. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use 1 to 2 times per week or as directed by a healthcare professional or hairstylist.
