This 0.4 ml Clinique High Impact Black Eyeliner is designed to deliver a precise, intense line from the first stroke, while respecting sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Its ophthalmologically tested formula guarantees comfortable application for long-lasting makeup.

Shake before use. Apply Clinique High Impact Black Eyeliner along the upper lash line, from the inner eye to the outer eye, in one smooth stroke. Let dry for a few seconds. For a more intense result, apply a second stroke. External use only. Close tightly after each use.
