Apply a small amount of Vitis Apple Mint 100ml toothpaste to a suitable toothbrush. Brush your teeth at least twice a day for two minutes, using gentle circular motions. Rinse your mouth thoroughly after use. Do not swallow. For children under 7 years, use a pea-sized amount under adult supervision to minimize swallowing. Follow the product instructions.
