L'Oréal Professionnel Paris 1 L Neutralizing Balm is designed for professional salon use, primarily after perming or straightening treatments, to stabilize the hair fiber and optimize the final result. This neutralizing treatment helps rebalance the hair's pH and strengthen the hair structure following chemical treatments, while facilitating detangling.

Apply the neutralizing balm to previously rinsed hair after perming or straightening. Distribute evenly, leave on according to the instructions in the official instructions or packaging, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Follow the manufacturer's precautions for use.
