Place the device on a stable surface and plug in the included power adapter. For a foot massage, insert your feet into the upper part provided for this purpose. For other areas of the body, remove the upper part using the zipper, then position the device on the desired area (neck, back, legs, etc.). Select the desired intensity level and activate or deactivate the infrared heat according to your preferences. The duration of a session should not exceed 15 minutes, the device is equipped with an automatic shut-off for added safety. Follow the precautions mentioned in the official instructions and avoid prolonged or improper use.
