The Welzy InnovaGoods behind-the-ear sound amplifier is a Class IIA medical device designed to improve the auditory perception of people with hearing loss. Thanks to its ergonomic and compact design, it fits easily behind the ear, offering discreet and comfortable use every day, both indoors and outdoors. It is equipped with adjustable volume, several silicone tips for an optimal fit to the ear canal, as well as practical accessories for maintenance and transport.

Before first use, read the instruction leaflet carefully. Choose the silicone tip best suited to the shape of your ear canal from the four available sizes. Place the device behind your ear and gently insert the tip into the ear canal. Use the on/off button to turn the device on or off. Adjust the volume gradually using the dedicated dial, starting with the lowest level. Regularly clean the tip, swab, and brush provided to ensure optimal hygiene. Replace the A13 battery when the beep fades or the device stops working. The device is intended for individual use and should not be shared. Follow the care and safety instructions provided in the instructions.
