Directions for use:
Before use, fully charge the device using the provided USB-micro USB cable. Place the rechargeable neck massager around your neck, ensuring that the contact plates are in direct contact with the skin. For optimal conduction, apply body lotion, moisturizer, or conductive gel to the contact area or use the provided gel patches. Select the desired massage mode and intensity using the buttons on the device or the remote control. The heat function can be activated simultaneously with the vibration massage. To use the EMS electrodes on other parts of the body, connect the electrode cable to the conductive patches and the device, then apply the patches to the chosen area. Remove the massager from the neck for increased intensity when using the electrodes. The device automatically shuts off after 15 minutes of use.
